Rules of Enjoyment

In order to enhance each guest's shopping experience, we ask that all shoppers observe the following rules of enjoyment: 

  • APPROPRIATE ATTIRE - Shirts and shoes must be worn at all time. Wearing clothing or other attire which ay be considered objectionable or constitutes a disguise and/or is intended to conceal and individual's identity is not permitted.
  • DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR - for everyone's safety and enjoyment; running, skateboarding, rollerblading, littering, horseplay, fighting, mischief, vandalism, unsafe use of elevating devices or use of profane language is strictly prohibited on the property!
  • SERVICE ANIMALS & GUIDE DOGS ARE PERMITTED - pets are prohibited from entering the shopping centre.
  • AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT - personal entertainment devices may only be operated at acceptable volume levels. Taking photos or video is not permitted without prior approval of building management.
  • SMOKING - Cataraqui Centre is pleased to offer a smoke-free interior environment. Smoking areas are located away form public building entrances and/or canopies.

Free WiFi

Stay connected with our FREE centre-wide WiFi. Just connect to the "#Cataraqui Centre" network and you're ready to go.

Complimentary Wheelchair loan

We are happy to provide our shoppers with the use of a wheelchair during their visit to Cataraqui Centre. Wheelchairs are intended for short term use (max 1hour). Please visit the Guest Service Centre to sign one out.

Kingston Transit - MyRide Cards

Multiride, monthly, weekly or daily passes, we do them all! Methods of Payment Accepted (VISA, Mastercard, Debit or Cash). Kingston Transit riders can now incorporate their Transit purchase with the rest of their shopping. Visit the City of Kingston website for a complete transit schedule.

The City of Kingston Garbage Bag Tags

Forgot to put the trash out? Had a Birthday? Some extra guests? If you are in need of extra Garbage Bag Tags, stop by Guest Services to pick up your City of Kingston Garbage Bag Tags. They are available for $4.00 each. (cash payment only)

Baby Supplies

Emergencies do happen and we are here to help! We offer complimentary diapers and baby wipes, and would be happy to warm bottles and baby food for your little ones.

Nursing Room

Our Nursing Room is on the lower level, down the corridor between Stokes and Now & Then Music and Movies. 

High Chairs

During your stay with us, we have all of the comforts of home. High chairs are available for your use while you and your family enjoy a meal or a quick snack in our food court.

Lost & Found

Lost a glove? Found some keys? If you have lost an item or found an item during your shopping trip to Cataraqui Centre, simply speak to one of our Guest Services Representatives; they will certainly be able to assist you.

First Aid Kit

From band-aids to ambulances, and everything in between, our Guest Services Representatives work in partnership with Security to meet the needs of our customers, and ensure their comfort and safety remain our top priority.

Vehicle Assistance

Car won't start? Visit the Guest Service Centre and they will contact Security who can provide an emergency jump-start, to get you back up and running!
