Join us for a Private Shopping Experience at Saje Natural Wellness followed by a Sound Bath DEMO with Miriam Lyon
This is not our first time partnering with the incredible Miriam Lyon here at Saje Natural Wellness. For those who don't know Miriam is a Certified Sound Therapist, Reiki Teacher & Practitioner, and trained Yoga Teacher. Her approach is warm, grounded, and invitational, drawing from sound, energy work, yoga, breath, and meditation to create spaces where people can be just as they are.
The evening will start with a private shopping experience at Saje followed by a Sound Bath Demo with Miriam where she will guide us through vibrational sound from vocals, singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments creating a gentle field of resonance. These soothing tones offer a sensory experience, and an invitation into stillness.
